This depends on how many emojis and non-conforming characters you use in your message. But in general, the default settings are 2 segments or 300 characters. If you need to adjust the default setting, let us know and we can increase or decrease your message length.

We understand that you may have been provisioned funds at the beginning of the school year for these services. With your school or district enrollment count, we can provide an invoice for estimated usage and then square up as the school year progresses.
